Good Company
Because you deserve to do this work in good company—people who inspire you, challenge you, and see you fully. This is a space where you can bring your whole humanity, not just your “therapist self.” A place to laugh, reflect, wrestle with hard questions, and grow into the kind of clinician who knows both their worth and their impact—while shaping the kind of workplace, practice, and community you want to be part of.

✺ Frequently asked questions ✺
-
The sliding scale exists for a reason and with recent graduates in mind. There is no shame and Commend Counseling prioritizes access for clients and consultation groups. Simply email Kristi.Cobble@commendcounseling.com
-
Good Company is designed to add to your career and life, not spread you thin. The exercises will benefit all and are written in a way that they can be a 5-10 minute skim or multi-hour reflection and exploration.
-
Good Company asks for this commitment out of a high value being placed on group cohesion and connection. Each participate is asked to miss no less than one session throughout the 6 months.
-
Based on participant feedback and respecting post-graduate budgets, the group was changed in December of 2025 to require only monthly commitments.
-
In addition to the once a month commitment, there will be optional monthly consultative supervision groups. The rate of this group will match your Good Company rate and will simply need an RSVP each month.
-
The monthly commitments will not be offered online. The optional consultative supervision sessions will be offered online and in-person based on attendees.
